Kidney Stones

I thought this would be an interesting topic to discuss since I see so many patients every year with this condition.  I also have a personal understanding of this condition, ever since passing a kidney stone several years ago.  This is one condition that a patient of mine can have that I have empathy for.  It is difficult to explain the pain associated with passing one of these stones.  It feels like a boulder trying to pass through your ureter, but you feel like a wimp when you get to see how small it is.  I have supplied you with an interesting link on Kidney Stones that you should read for your own edification.  I hope you readers out there never have one.  Call me if you do.  Doc
