Commentary:       Please visit the website for our new outpatient surgery center, Fannin Surgicare, located on The Woman's Hospital Of Texas Campus.  We will be opening in October 2005 for some procedures.  We hope to be in full swing by the end of the year 2005 as soon as we have the insurance company contracts.  I'm very excited about this, since we have been involved in planning this center for about two years.  We have needed an outpatient surgery center for a very long time.  HCA agreed with the need and has been very instrumental in seeing this dream come true.  This new center will be greeted with much enthusiasm by patients and doctors.  I personally see so much potential good for my practice and patients.  I will be performing most of my outpatient surgical procedures in this new state of the art facility.  Fannin Surgicare will be a more efficient center to perform these outpatient procedures with significant ease for both patients and doctors instead of performing them in a major hospital.  I will hopefully be scheduling my minor surgery cases at this facility in October or so.   We hope to have the center credentialed with all major HMO's and PPO's by the end of this year.  I may see you there. >>>Doc
